- [Grad Rate Collection] Added a School filter on the Status Graph for the Grad Rate collection. Selecting a school will change the numbers in the graph to reflect only the selected school. It also filters the Base File report that is available below the Status Graph. (3855)
- [Grad Rate Collection] Added new “Basefile Report” under Status Graph on the Collection Summary Page. Running the report will export a CSV file that you can open in Excel or other text editor. This report represents the data that is submitted to the state. It is very similar to the Base File you received from the state in the past, with the addition of the first three columns: “Assumed Status”, “Manual Status” and “Student Status Code (Reported Status)”. If a Manual Status has been entered, it will ALWAYS be used as reported status. Assumed Status will be reported if there is no Manual Status. If there is no Assumed Status or Manual Status for a record, you need to enter a Manual Status for the student. (3867)
- [SIS Data Collection] Added “Test SIS Connection” button on Data Collection Family Settings page. You can now test connections to both State and SIS systems in one spot. (3827)
- [At Risk Report] Added “Edit” link by District name under Administration > Manage Schools and Districts (Students box). This link takes you to Edit District page where you will find the “Edit At Risk Thresholds” link. (3873)
- [Manage Districts and Schools] School Number was added as new column in list of schools under Administration > Manage Districts and Schools (Students Box). (3876)
