- [Assessments] Added support for ASVAB file format provided by Ft. Jackson, SC. This file is an Excel file that you must save as a CSV file before importing. No other edits should be made. Importer will ignore the first 12 rows as header rows. Importer will make its best attempt to parse the student first and last name which are combined in one column. Students with multi-part last names may be exceptions to resolve. This importer also reads and stores the additional scores beyond AFQT (columns G-U). (3901)
- [Assessments] Updated ACT importer to apply different dates to records with different test locations because test file includes only month/year that test was taken. State location (S) is assigned day 1 of month; Blank location (national) is assigned day 2 of month; School/other (Z) is assigned day 3 of month; State accommodations (M) is assigned day 4 of month; DANTES/Military Base (D) is assigned day 5 of month; International test center (F) is assigned day 6 of month. Multiple records with same location within a given month will result in a duplicate record exception. (3900)
- [Assessments] Updated import tips for NCSC and SC Alt imports.
Fixed
- [Assessments] NCSC and SC Alt importer failed on invalid scores like “Expired” and “N/A”. If a record has invalid score values the scores will now be listed under “Invalid Scores”.
- [Assessments] Updated SC PASS cut scores for Science and Social Studies. These are reflected in student Test Scores tab – Score Score Comparisons graph.
